Purpose: Using H-NMR, in this experiment we sought to study the effect of pH and polarity of the solvent on the Ktrans values of N-Acetyl-L-Proline. The Ktrans values are a means to examine the equilibrium between cis and trans isomers of N-Acetyl-L-Proline.
