The following is an example Business letter:

November 8, 2010 George Bodenheimer, President of ESPN

500 South Buena Vista Street Burbank,

CA 91521

Dear Mr. Bodenheimer:

I am writing you in concern with the next biggerst television show. The show will be called The Life of a College Athlete. The show will travel to each major college in the united states and follow one of the top athletes in america. The title of the show, The Life of a College Athete, is suppose to show how an athlete has to balance out his/her own life with college life and the sport they achieve at. If the show just followed athletes in one college then it would not attract as many viewers as it would if the show followed athletes at other colleges. The types of athletes that might appear on the show is top prospected athletes that are projected to go professionally. As I mentioned the show is to suppose to show how an athlete has to balance out his/her own life with college life and the sport they achieve at. It will show how an athlete has to prepare for a game each week and still handle their academics and their social life. Usually sport shows follow the life of professional athletes. This show is different from other television shows because this show follows the college aspect of sports. Also, other shows focus in on one sport, this show can follow any athlete in any sport. With the help of ESPN, the show The Life of a College Athlete will become the next biggest show. This show will follow top college athletes and how they handle their life as a college student and how they still are the best in their sport. You can reply by writing a letter to the address below of your decision of the show. I appreciate your time and consideration of the show.

Sincerely, Kris Ricker
